Description

Warm, buttery biscuit bites coated in cinnamon sugar—perfectly crisp on the outside and soft within.


Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Melt butter in a small bowl and mix cinnamon and sugar in another.

3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into small balls.

4. Dip each piece in butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar.

5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes.

6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm.

Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.

For extra crispness, reheat in oven for 5 minutes at 325°F.
